All transactions involving inventory are warehouse dependant. The warehouse display in the Status Bar is the active warehouse. The warehouse display on the bottom of a form is the warehouse that record was created in. Creating a new record from an open form creates the record in that warehouse e.g. Service / New South Wales. Laucnhing a form and creating a new record creates it in the active warehouse e.g. Damaged Goods / New South Wales.
It's easy to change your current warehouse.
